When 100 people who picked the same city have finished the Freak Test, that city appears. When enough cities in a country appear, the country appears. Toronto, London, Sydney and Mexico City are not on here because nobody has put them here yet, not because we decided they do not count.
This tab stays like this until that happens. We are not drawing a world map with made-up dots on it, and we are not borrowing a US health survey to describe a city it never surveyed.

The US tabs are built on federal datasets that publish city-level and state-level estimates for free. No equivalent single source covers the rest of the world at that granularity, so an international layer built the same way would be a patchwork of incompatible surveys. The honest route abroad is AFREAK's own results, which need people rather than paperwork.
